Striking wire-hair vizsla puppy – excellent HPR (Hunt, Point, Retrieve) prospect from active working parents.
This boy has a calm, inquisitive temperament and a great nose. Loves the water and is a real head-turner.
Mother is a labrador X wire-haired vizsla and has a wonderful temperament. Most notably, she is incredibly calm – she never needs to be on the lead, gets on with anything asked of her and never makes a fuss. She has a great attitude to work – enthusiastic, very eager to please and has an excellent nose. She is a total joy to have around and is a real one-in-a-million friend. This is her first litter and she has been a natural mother – very attentive and caring and puppies are all healthy and happy. We only bred her to keep the line going as she is such a special girl.
The father is a pure-bred wire-hair vizsla who loves working, is also a trained truffle hunter, and is a very well-loved family dog. See photo of both parents – father on the cover of Shooting Times.
Vizsla’s are intelligent dogs who form strong bonds with their families and thrive on exercise. Both parents are from big families and are great with children. We would love the puppies to go to active and outdoorsy people so they can live life to the full.
The puppies were born on the 15th of May and will be available for collection from the 13th of July.
